Torje has an MSc of Auditing and Accounting from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, and has worked as an auditor in KPMG. With a drive to automate the audit process, he quit the auditing career and got a degree in computer science at University of Oslo. He currently works as CFO in the supply chain traceability company UNISOT AS and has the role as CTO in the subsidiary company ABENDUM AS, developing Triple Entry Accounting solution for more automation in auditing.
