As Partner and CEO of FCPA, a specialized knowledge hub in financial crime prevention, he advises Norwegian, Nordic, and international financial institutions on building a strong compliance culture and enhancing their capabilities to effectively combat financial crime. As a highly sought-after speaker and trainer, Torgeir regularly conducts board training sessions, courses, and keynote speeches for the financial sector across the Nordics. Torgeir is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He has served as a member of the leadership team at FCG (now Advisense), worked as a business lawyer at one of Norway’s largest law firms, spent several years in law enforcement, and founded multiple companies across different industries – including the advertising and communications agency JCP. As a university lecturer and examiner at Norwegian universities, and with over 12,000 followers on LinkedIn, he is an active contributor to industry discussions.
