Rea is the CEO of the Norwegian Fintech Cluster, NCE Finance Innovation. She is set on putting Norwegian fintech on the map, developing sustainable fintech, and getting everyone talking about the innovation that’s happening within the cluster. She has been leading her professional career in entrepreneurship, growth strategy, and internationalization in London and Norway. Her work experience stems from two early-stage startups, Innovation Norway, Bayer Healthcare, and The Norwegian Foreign Services.
