He has served as CTO in several niche banks and as Chief Software Architect at former Skandiabanken, driving technical innovation and transformation. Martin combines technical expertise with business insight, helping financial institutions effectively integrate fintech solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and stay adaptable in a rapidly evolving market. He is currently a partner at Oktett AS, assisting financial institutions in Europe navigating fintech ecosystems and developing internal and customer facing solutions in a mix of modern and sometimes not so modern banking platforms.
