Mari Kristine Rørvik is the Director of Product Development for the Corporate Market at Tryg Forsikring. As the largest insurance provider in Scandinavia, Tryg already experiences the effects of climate change on customers and claims. Tryg is dedicated to drive initiatives that promote prevention as a means to achieving a safer and more sustainable society, as the most sustainable damage is the one that never occurs. Prior to joining Tryg, Mari held various positions where she combined financial analysis, customer behavior, and technological opportunities to drive innovation. Her experience includes heading Savings and Securities at Sbanken, management consulting at PwC, portfolio management in investments at DNB, and a brief stint in the Bergen startup community at VIS. In her position at Tryg, she is dedicated to combining world-class customer experiences with effective insurance and prevention strategies by leveraging technology, human ingenuity, and financial incentives.
