From tradition to innovation – This is how Gen Z creates its own path. Malin is a voice for her generation. She is a co-owner and co-founder of Abel Technologies, a technology company that now has almost 100 employees. Through this, she has experienced what happens when Generation Z enters the workforce. She does not see this generation as more difficult to lead – but rather as a generation that reveals leaders who should never have been leaders in the first place.
