Klaus-Anders Nysteen, Executive Chair of Heder Bank ASA, has over 20 years of transformative leadership in Nordic financial services. He has held CEO roles at Kredinor AS, Hoist Finance AB, Lindorff Group, Entra Eiendom ASA, and Storebrand Bank ASA, driving value-based leadership, execution, and customer-centric innovation. A graduate of the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and Norwegian School of Economics (MBA), he brings CFO expertise from Mowi ASA, Posten/Bring Logistics, and Statoil Fuel & Retail. He has chaired Webstep ASA, Pangea Property Partners AB, and Bank Norwegian ASA, and currently chairs Spense AS while serving on the board of Receipts AS. At NFF 2025, Nysteen will discuss how Heder Bank is redefining the market by rewarding fiscally responsible customers and creating value for all stakeholders.
