Jennie Karlsen Ingstad is the Director of Business Development at Finans Norge Forsikringsdrift (FNF), where she leads strategic initiatives in the intersection between business, regulations, data and technology. Prior to joining FNF, Jennie spent 8 years at EY, the last three years as a Manager and then a Senior Manager, overseeing complex IT and technology projects, and driving organizational transformations through data-driven insights. She also has experience in stakeholder management, strategy development, and team leadership.
