Jason Francis was born and raised in the Chicago area but has spent the past 21 years in Scandinavia, primarily in Sweden. After earning an MBA from Handelshögskolan in Stockholm in 2005, he spent a decade in management consulting before co-founding Qred in 2015. As Qred has grown, Jason's role has evolved, but his primary focus remains on customer success, strategic initiatives, new market expansion, distribution, and company culture. He also coaches and mentors Qred’s seven country managers. An empathetic leader with a passion for team building and growth strategies, Jason is fluent in several languages, a strong advocate for diversity and talent development, and deeply committed to Qred’s culture and its expanding global presence.
