Heiki brings a blend of experience from both traditional financial institutions and the fintech sector. Following a decade at DNB, where he founded and led an innovation lab, he transitioned to Aprila Bank as Chief Customer Officer. There, he was part of the founding team launching a pioneering embedded finance model seamlessly integrated financial services into ERP workflows. He then maneuvered a strategic business model pivot at Hedvig, a digital insurance scaleup, serving as Country Manager for Norway. Currently, Heiki leads Itera Business Design, a team of seasoned practitioners who leverage design methodologies and analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges in an ever-evolving market landscape. By combining creativity with analysis, they help businesses and teams navigate uncertainty and build resilient futures.
