Eilin Schjetne is the CEO and founder of HILI, a scalable platform connecting capital with attractive home investments. Before founding HILI, Eilin had over 20 years of leadership experience in the banking and payments industry, both with established players and challengers. She was General Manager for Lunar in Norway, where she led the development of the bank for consumers and small businesses in Norway. Prior to Lunar, Eilin served as Product Director at Visa for the Nordic and Baltic region. She also had a central role in Visa’s global team for Real Time Payments and Open Banking, serving as Partnership Lead for Europe. Eilin has also held various management positions at DNB within products and business development of corporate banking solutions, and she has served as Product Director at Nets with responsibility for Norwegian payment solutions for consumers and businesses. Eilin holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
