Vidar is the Chief Executive Officer in Finstart Nordic, which is the strategic part of Sparebank 1 SR-Bank regarding investments in fintech, technology and impact-companies. He has a proven record in management and business development in the banking industry. Vidar has a strong interest and experience within several areas such as fintech and entrepreneurship via his work and position in NCE Finance Innovations advisory board. He is also skilled within strategy, business development and strategic innovation from his Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School. These skills in addition to strong management experience from the Armed Forces and the Norwegian Military Academy, and being a chairman and board member in several companies such as Beaufort Solutions, MyRent AS, Justify, Boost.ai etc., confirms his leadership abilities and passion for growth.
