Swetha is a patent attorney with extensive experience in IP fields, both as an internal IP consultant and patent engineer who coordinates IP activities for small and large companies. Swetha holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India. She has worked with clients such as Tata Consultancy Services, Samsung India Software Operations and Alcatel Lucent India to name a few. Swetha’s areas of interest are electronics and communication systems, ultrasonic sensors and renewable energy. She has experience as an in-house IP person and patent engineer with TE Connectivity Norway, where she has worked with inventors to guide them in identifying potential IP. She has also worked as a patent analyst and senior patent analyst with IP firm in India, where her responsibilities included preparation of patent specifications for clients in India and the United States, prosecution of applications, and surveillance of competitors.
