Nicolai is the Head of Product App at Bulder, a mobile-only bank that empowers customers to take control of their financial lives. With a master's degree in Information Science from Aarhus University and another master's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Technology, Sydney, he has a strong background in creating user-centered solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology. His role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with UX work, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. Nicolai has been successful in delivering a seamless and secure banking experience for their customers, increasing user retention, engagement, and satisfaction. He is very passionate about exploring new ways to innovate and enhance products and services! He also has a background as a co-founder at Kvasi Concepts, a young consulting firm made up of passionate enthusiasts who are dedicated to helping organizations navigate through digital development. In addition to this, he has also been a lead UX Designer in EG, with focus on early development processes like business-, user- and, customer requirements.
