Mariann Christensen leads the Competence & Benefits team at Finansforbundet, and is a part of the CEO's leadership team. She oversees the training and development of Union Representatives and also consistently delivering high-quality, relevant educational programs and courses to the union's 35,000 members. Mariann is dedicated to bridging the skills gap in the financial sector. In this session, she´ll facilitate a discussion aimed at identifying current and emerging future competence needs within the Financial Sector, including a glance at the FinTech industry.
