In her current role in MasterCard as VP, Head of Strategy, Public Sector partnerships and ESG in the Baltics and Nordics, she holds a lot of responsibility. She thrives from getting things done, creating structure and collaboration where there is complexity and challenge. Johanna is a civil engineer with experience from management consulting, line organizational leadership roles and management team positions, with a track record of leading people both directly and indirectly to create business growth and impact, all through an empathetic and engaged leadership style.
