Andrea Kvam is an experienced Customer Success Lead with a demonstrated history of working within payment services across Northern Europe. She now serves as Head of Customer Success at Two, Norway's leading B2B BNPL platform, as well as a member of the board in Fintech Norway. Since joining Two, she has successfully laid the foundation for their customer operations across Europe and the US. Being a passionate advocate for customers, she believes that one success factor in maximizing the growth potential with existing customers lies within bridging the classic gap between the commercial and operational part of any organisation.
