Abid Ali Teepo holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience as a consultant and as a lecture at BI. He was one of the founders of the consulting firm Kantega and the identity provider Signicat. Today, Abid serves as Head of Business Development at Kantega and is responsible for the company’s eIDAS 2.0 initiative. eIDAS is an EU regulation that establishes a common framework for electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions within the European Union's internal market. Abid and his team have in-depth knowledge and experience with the eIDAS regulation and the digital wallet technology, which will be at the center, creating a new ecosystem for electronic ID, payments, and the digitization of services across the EU.
